Meet the Carnathan/Will family!

We shot this session on a HOOOOOTTTTTT day in PA! They were all troopers though. We rotated between each family so others could head into the air conditioning and cool off for a few moments.  My view.

This cutie is full of life. I think my favorite moment of the day was when, in my attempt to get a certain reaction, I asked him to tell me a story. Well most kids just stare at you blankly and say “I don’t know any stories”. Not this one. He went into full story mode. Love that.

What a great looking family! Ok, in full disclosure, I might be a bit biased since they are my family.

My favorite. I just love the composition of this photo. The Sunday paper strewn about…I think this perfectly captures my Aunt Pat.

Best way to end a photo session on a hot day? Water balloons.

A few months ago I meet up with these sweet girls, Abby and Karly, and their cousins for their annual Camp day. They gather together to enjoy arts and crafts, field trips, etc. hosted by Abby and Karly’s parents. It is a family affair. This year they even got shirts made up!

Karly is on the left and was 6 months old at the time and Abby had just turned 3.

Karly is such a happy baby. She wouldn’t stop smiling for me. Here she is goofing with her mama.

That must have been one yummy shirt.

Ben & I LOVE this photo. Definitely a favorite. Canvas maybe?

Ok, the one of the right might actually be my favorite. She was loving that play tunnel.

There is just something about Gracie’s expression in the below photo and the movement in it that I just love. Ah, to be two again!

We had fun playing in some leaves. Camden is such a sweetheart.

Introducing Karly…

Karlyle Jean. Don’t you just love the Southern charm that has.

This little girl is such a fighter. A week after coming home she was rushed the ER and spend over four weeks in the hospital. She fought her illness like a champ and we are so happy to say she is doing great! We are going to do a baby session with them in the near future but were able to get some newborn shots from visiting her in the hospital on her birthday.

Karly’s big sister is Abby. Abby is 2 1/2 and absolutely loves her little sister to bits. She was very proud to show Karly off to us.

We can’t wait to see Karly and her family again. I know she has gotten so big already.

Abby + Hunter + Aaron

A few weeks back I had the pleasure of photographing the Gresham Family. Abby is their 2 year old daughter and is a cutie! She grabbed my hand and showed me all around the house. She couldn’t wait to show me her Elmo balloon she had just gotten at Elmo LIVE! That thing was bigger than she was!

She really was all over the place and full of energy and attitude.

We, of course, had to stop for a milk break.

We really lucked out that in the middle of December the weather was actually really nice so we headed outside to the river to grab some shots.
My favorite of the day. Ben & I are thinking of getting this as a canvas to decorate our office with. We already have a list that we need get printed and this one jumped to the top.
