Christie & Jayson Engagement
We are so excited to introduce you to this couple. They are amazing people and so much fun to work with. We love photographing people in love! They were naturals in front of the camera – made our job easy!
We were so fortunate that we picked a Fall day that felt more like Summer. We hit up two local spots, Bisset Park and Radford University for a fun filled session.
Sam’s favorite on the right.

Here we are at Radford University. The sunlight was awesome that day! You two look great together.

Is that not the most beautiful sky you have ever seen? We’re a little biased, but Ben and I think that Southwest Virginia consistently has the most beautiful sunsets around.

Ben’s favorite.

The picture on the right makes me want to find a beautiful fall day…and a park bench…and someone I love

Hello bling!

Ben’s other favorite…OK, so he picked two.

Isn’t Christie going to make a GORGEOUS bride?!

We can’t forget about the uber handsome groom, Jayson. My camera told me it loves your eyes….seriously.

See you in May!!
Jen & Brian – Part 2
More awesomeness from Jen and Brian’s wedding.
Handsome! and off the market!

That’s the Harrisburg skyline in the background. We could have shot here all day. Everything was just perfect at this location…the sky, the water, the boat, the couple….GREAT suggestion guys!

The guys on their way to the next photo op. Very GQ.

A little alley action is always a must when shooting downtown.

Jen and all her beautiful bridesmaids in front of the Pennsylvania State Capital building in Harrisburg.

A little fun around the back of the capital in front of the PINK foundation. Harrisburg dyes the foundation behind the capital pink in October for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Who knew?!

Doesn’t this photo just make you want to break into song? “Wishin’ and hopin’ and thinkin’ and prayin’ plannin’ and dreamin’ each night of his charms……” Ok, maybe just me.

Awesome shoes. Check. Awesome socks. Check. GORGEOUS bride and groom. Check and Check.

The bridal party staging room was down that hallway where the catering staff was rushing around. Ben caught these two darlings trying to catch a sneak peak of the bride and groom before they made their grand entrance.

My favorite on the right. I LOVE first dances.

Brian worked that garter like a pro! I think everyone was impressed.

Jen & Brian did the coolest thing at their reception, instead of them just kissing whenever anyone clinked their glasses they instead had the DJ draw a couples name out of a bowl and that couple had to kiss and Jen & Brian would mimic it. There was some pretty funny ones. This was one of the sweetest moments.

Congratulations to Jen and Brian! You guys rock!
Thanks for letting us share your day with you.

Jen & Brian – Part 1
We traveled up to our hometown of Hershey, PA for the wedding of Jen & Brian. We really couldn’t have asked for better weather. Bright blue sunny skies! We had similar weather for their engagement session we did a couple of weeks prior to their big day (those photos coming soon!).
For Jen it was a whirlwind of hair and makeup in the morning with the much appreciated mimosa to calm any nerves. Isn’t Jen just a stunner! Fierce!

How gorgeous are those earrings!

Meanwhile the men where hanging out at the hotel swapping stories and getting ready. As a gift to all of his groomsmen, Brian got them all matching argyle socks from Banana Republic. Aren’t they great!

The church had some crazy beautiful light coming in through the stained glass windows! Fun fact – each of the 7 windows in the church depicts an artists rendering of the 7 sacraments.

Notice the bow and rosary in Jen’s bouquet. I love all the little details that were put into each and every aspect of their day.

Jen, your eyes definitely have the stained glass beat for most gorgeous blue in this shot. Hello handsome bride and groom!

The priest’s homily was not only touching but funny. It was perfect.

Married. This one makes me smile every time I look at it.

Amy & Andy Part 2
After the ceremony and a few photos at the gardens we headed over to one of our favorite Tech spots, the Eggleston Tunnel. Between the Hokie stone and the arches, the small tunnel is always a great place for interesting lines, great light and some fantastic photos.

Back to the reception at the Garden.

This one is both of our favorites.

A little ring action by the cake. The cake table was covered with daisies (as you can see in the background) and the toss bouquet – which is what the rings are on. I love the details on both of their rings. Pretty awesome.

The cake!!

Amy & Andy’s yorkie, Oliver is adorable. He was enjoying all the attention he was getting.

Everyone blew bubbles as they left the reception. We LOVE bubbles!

Congrats Amy & Andy!!! Thanks for letting us be a part of your day.
